What is a T-door?
A T-door is a wooden door whose face carries a moulded T-design profile. It is one of the most popular designs for main and interior doorways in Kenya, and we produce it at our Elburgon mill in more than one design. The T-Door page shows photographs of the actual doors.
What is a button door?
A button door has a raised detail face rather than flat panels. It is a widely specified style for residential entrances and interior rooms, made at our mill in Elburgon.
How much is a T-door or button door in Kenya?

What is the difference between solid and semi-solid doors?
A solid door is heavier, takes a knock better and hangs more like a hardwood door. A semi-solid door is lighter on the hinges and on the price, and is the usual choice for internal doors. Melamine, MDF and plywood doors come in both; T-doors and button doors are made one way only.
Can I see the doors before I buy?
Yes. The doors are made and held at the mill yard in Elburgon, Molo, Nakuru County, open Monday to Saturday, 8am – 5pm.
Do you deliver doors outside Nakuru?
Yes, countrywide. Our strongest delivery coverage is Nairobi, Nakuru, Kiambu, Mombasa, Kilifi, Machakos, Uasin Gishu.

Doors are pressed, trimmed and finished at the mill rather than bought in and resold, so the range on this page is what the yard actually produces and every design is available to order.
The melamine range is the widest — 2, 3, 5, 6 and 9 panel. The panel count is the look: fewer, larger panels read plainer and more modern, more panels read traditional. MDF comes in 3 and 5 panel, solid cypress in 5 and 6 panel, and there is a plywood flush door where a plain face is wanted. Alongside those sit the two shaped designs, the T-design door and the button door, which carry their own profile rather than a panel grid.
Most of the range is offered in both solid and semi-solid construction. Solid is heavier, takes a knock better and hangs more like a hardwood door. The T-design and button doors are made one way only.
